Payments and Fees

  • Retainer services are billed in advance
  • Payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Late payments may result in paused or discontinued work

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to traffic, engagement, rankings, leads, or conversions.

Content performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including platforms, audiences, algorithms, and client implementation.

Revisions and Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions are included only within the agreed scope.

Any request outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and billed separately, subject to client approval.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Final approved deliverables belong to the client

We retain ownership of:

  • Drafts, unused concepts, and internal working materials


Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it without consent, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Business, revenue, or opportunity losses
  • Decisions made based on content outcomes
  • Third-party platform changes or failures

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, subject to agreed notice terms.

All work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
